 The 2010 BSI and URAT Basketball Tournament wiill be held in Regina, Saskatchewan. The tournament will run March 26,27,and 28, 2010. The winners of each division also qualify as the Provincial Men's and Women's Basketball Championship.
The tournament is a fund raising event for the U of R Cougar Basketball Program.
We will be selling URAT T-shirts that feature the URAT 2010 Logo on the front chest. They will be $20 each and you can pre-order by email or phone.
Our Men's Elite and Men's A finals will be covered by Access Communications. They will be shown on Access at a later date.
All games will be played in the Physical Activity Center on the U of R Campus.
The tournament is sponsored by BSI and is designated the Provincial Basketball Championship.
URAT Details
• The entry fee is $350 for both the men's teams for the women's teams.
• Each team is guaranteed 3 games.
Divisions:
• Men's Elite Division is now full.
• Men's A Division is now full.
• Men's B Division is now full.
• Men's C Division is now full.
• Women's A Division is now full.
• Women's B Division is now full.
• Masters Division is now full.
We will be limiting each division to eight teams this year. Spots will be held for those teams that pay in advance. All registrations are also on a first come first paid basis. Register early to secure your spot.
Our Host Hotel is the Travelodge South. We have a group booking there with a rate of $119.95 plus tax. When you book please quote BLOCK CODE (CGURAA) AND BLOCK ID# (588776). The cut off to book is February 26, 2010 so don't delay!
